Our experience at Rob Sight Ford was exceptional. Keith Koenigsdorf was as close to the ideal salesman as a person could be - courteous, well- informed, patience and not the least ""pushy"" - which we liked. We felt we received a fair price for our trade-in, good discounts and overall a pleasant experience. We just wish the dealership was closer or had a branch North of the river since we live in Clay County. But with the freeway system and I 435 around the city it is not too bad. We left home and were at Rob Sight's in about 30 minutes. more

Both Duane and Ty provided excellent and responsive communication during the sales process. I was given a great price for the purchase of my new F150 and great value for my trade-in. I appreciated the relaxed, low stress environment of the dealership. I never felt pressured, hurried, our like I was just someone's paycheck for the week - it was actually a fun buying experience - a first for me.
