I've been taking my golden retriever to Roadrunner Animal Hospital for the last 7+ years and have found them to be friendly, caring and very professional. We always receive follow up calls whether our visit was for vaccinations or something more involved. Dr. Sonnet Jarvis is our primary vet and in fact we followed her to this practice because we so appreciate her. She loves what she does and it shows. Dr. Jarvis is deliberate, thoughtful, sincere and compassionate... everything you would want for your four-legged family members. more

We have been taking our pets to Roadrunner for 15 years or more! The service has always been great and the staff has always been wonderful!\r \r Dr. Livermore has always been there to serve as our pet's "Primary Care" doctor along with the excellent support of the other doctors, tech's and office staff. The staff understands that our pets are like our kids.\r \r Over the years, unfortunately we have several of our pets that have just become too old or that have had serious medical problems and the time had come that we have had to let them go. During what has been some of our most sorrowful times, the doctors and staff have always done everything they could to make it easier for us and our pet. I have read some of the reviews listed and it is hard for me to believe what some people have written. I have been taking my pets (cats and dogs) to Roadrunner Animal Hospital for over 15 years. Dr. Livermore and his staff, from my very first visit, have always treated my pets (kids) and I with kindness and with the upmost professionalism.\r \r Over the years we have had pets pass from old age, or other ailments. Our last was a 19 year old female cat. Dr. Livermore was her Doctor for the last 15 years of her life. \r \r I no longer live close to Roadrunner Animal Hospital, but I still take my pets to see Dr. Livermore and his staff. Why go elsewhere when you already have the best.\r \r As for being expensive…you get what you pay for. Good medical care is not cheap for humans or our 4 legged little ones. We have pet insurance on our younger pets, which was a god send when our male cat had a tumor and needed surgery. My pets deserve the best care I can provide. As usual, Dr. Livermore,was soooo patient with my many questions and concerns. Also, my phone calls are always returned on a timely basis. He is caring, and thorough. Believe it or not, my Shepherd actually gets excieted when she knows she is going to the Vet. 5 star rating. more

Dr. Celeste Nafziger did surgery on my German Sheperd, Maggie Sue, on 5/28/08. Dr. Nafziger was very attentive and took time to call us immediately to let us know that Maggie was fine. She was very through and knowledgeable. Maggie's assistant for the surgery, Denise Cameron, was so caring and gentle with her. \r \r Also, when we arrived that morning, really worried, Marjorie Chavez was there with encouraging words.\r \r Barb Dye more

The entire staff here is so wonderful. When we had to take our Basset Hound here and unfortunately he had to be put to sleep, the staff gave us time with him and then they spent time with us. They explained all the procedures with us step by step so that we not understood why had to do this but how he would be during this. A few days later we received a card from the staff comforting us on our loss. It was so very sweet and caring. We have been going to this vet since we adopted our pups 5 years ago. Dr Livermore has been there the entire time. Our pooches have received excellent care every time we have taken them there--from routine physicals and shots to allergy testing to diagnosing and referring us to an orthopedic vet for major hip problems. Our dogs actually LOVE going to the vet because they get so much loving! We couldn't have asked for better! more
