I have eaten at roadhouse three times, twice food was ok, nothing special but the last time my chicken was not fully cooked, it nauseated me. I won't be going back. After that I began to look around and to my horror it was very unclean. Tables, caddies, all over, ick. Pros: location is easy to get to server was nice Cons: not clean more

Not THE Texas Roadhouse 3/12/2008

Don't confuse the Roadhouse in Vermillion with the THE Texas Roadhouse chain of restaurants. In fact, I don't think it's ever been associated with the chain. That said, it's not a bad place to grab lunch or dinner. I've only been to the Roadhouse once, but I will definitely return. The service was wonderful--the server handled the special requests from our rather large party well, and everything was prepared just as ordered. They offer a variety of appetizers, entrees, and sides--in fact, you can substitute your regular fries for their one-of-a-kind sweet potato fries (yummy!). Prices are reasonable and you get a lot of food for your money. more
