The brakes on my 2001 Chevy Impala started making a grinding noise so I called RMB Auto to get an estimate. I was told to bring my car in and someone would look at it right away, and there was no cost to look at it. I dropped it off on my lunch break and got a call back within an hour to let me know exactly what parts were needed and how much everything would cost. I checked the price with a local dealership and they were asking almost twice what RMB quoted. I called back to give them approval to go ahead with the repairs and they told me it would be done before the end of the day and they also offered to pick me up from work! I've been driving with the new brakes for about a week now and everything feels great. There is absolutely no squeaking of any kind. I would definitely recommend this place for both price and service. more

RMB Auto Repair did really well and treated me very good. My vehicle had been stolen and recovered, and my insurance company didn't want to work with me. So RMB ended up finding a transmission for my car for thousands less than my quoted price. They were also kind enough to make a flexible payment arrangement while I was out of town, where I gave them some of the money when I dropped off the car and the rest when the work was done. It was convenient for me, and it helped them out too. When I went in, Rod went over everything with me. He and Maria are a great couple, and I had a great experience. I commend them for the way they worked with and treated me. They did more work at a better value than anywhere else. more

Everyone over at RMB Auto Repair & Parts - Lansing is so nice and understanding. I've already told all my friends about them. They really understand that nobody likes car trouble. They even went well out of their way to make things easier and affordable for me. Rather than charge me for a brand new transmission, Rod searched and found a low mileage transmission in TN, and had it shipped to MI for me. He really understood my situation, and worked to fix it. I will continue to go there and tell my friends to go there too! more
