After reading posts here on Citysearch, we thought we would try Rizzo's. What an experience. This place was not a place that I will ever return to. First, it must have been at least 100 degrees in there as there is only one small room that has air conditioning. If you do not find room in there to sit you will be forced to sit out in the room by the oven or outside where there was a huge group of skateboarding kids hanging around outside who had foul mouthed language. While we waited for our pizza to come (sweating our butts off) the kid who was making the pizzas came out to help clear table....HE HAD PIZZA DOUGH THAT HE WAS KNEADING IN HIS HANDS. I am sorry, but I do not want the person making my pizza let alone my actual dough touching gross dirty dishes and tables. Periodically during the meal, this kid would walk out to the dinding area to covort with all of the kids hanging around outside STILL WITH PIZZA DOUGH IN HIS HANDS!!! Next, we were sitting next to a group of kids who actually worked there and were sharing gross pizza sauce stories. At this point, the pizza had come to the table and I didn't even want to eat it after seeing the dough travel throughout the restaurant and hearing the boy talk about what had happened to the sauce on his last shift. I was really looking forward to a nice family run pizzeria with a friendly atmosphere. Instead I got a a lesson in what really happens at the pizza parlor when there are no adults around. Plus, the pizza wasn't even that good. I'd eat at Pizza Hut any day over this place. DON'T EAT HERE!
Pros: Kid Friendly, they were everywhere
Cons: Unsanitary, Bad Pizza, HOT at HADES
