This company's Customer Service leaves alot to be desired. We are moving on Friday. We paid for the entire year, ending 4/1/16! I've called, emailed and gotten angry and the response is "you will receive your refund at closing." We've closed...guess what we didn't get a refund. In fact, the title company stated, "it's up to Rizzo to refund our money". The gals I spoke with after waiting on hold for 20 minutes, are only telling us what they're told to say. I don't blame them but they could have at least tried to help. I'm calling Ruth to the rescue tomorrow...then I'm calling our attorney...unless I receive a refund!
