I got my first pair of glasses in 2004, I decided to give my business to another doctor since I had a bad experience the last time. I did some research and I decided to give Rizal Optique a chance. I'm SO happy that I made the switch, I was able to contact the Dr. via email first and it was amazing he actually responded and when I went in for my exam he remembered my email. The staff gives the highest level of customer service over the phone and in person. What made my experience the best was Jason and Brian they welcomed me and gave me all the information that I needed. Brian is the best he worked with me and he was pushy at all he helped me get the perfect contacts/glasses. He also conducted the entire smaller exams before I sat in with Dr. Villegas. Keep in mind that I use to go to Linden Optometry in Pasadena and if I had to choose Rizal vs. Linden I'd pick Rizal Optique in a heart beat. Dr. Villegas whom is great he answers all the questions that you have and doesn't leave until you feel 100% comfortable. At the end of my visit they came to the conclusion that I was given the WRONG prescription since Day 1 makes me think how many more people out there have the WRONG prescription??
