I have been a very satisfied customer of Riviera's for 15 years. The ladies in the shop are extremely personable and knowledgable. I attempted to bring a water test to Leslie's and they couldn't even read their own test, advising what chemicals to add. It was a joke, Riviera always tells me exactly what to do to keep my pool sparkling clean. The repair service was prompt and professional. more

rude and unprofessional 10/29/2010

Good: nothing. Bad: They didn't show up for two appointments. Both times I had to call to find out they weren't coming. When I called the second time on the second day, the woman in the shop said " That aint my fault. What do you want me to do about it." She then blamed the issue on the people that worked the day before her in her own company. Basically, I sat around for two days waiting for them to show up, were blown off both times, and if I hadn't called them I would never had known they weren't coming.. Improvements: A fast and effective bankruptcy for this business.. Other: Stupid unprofessional people should stick to non interpersonal professions.. more

prompt courteous service 10/12/2010

We have used Riviera for 5 years. Each time they came quickly, repaired the hot tub same day or next day. We always have the same service man, he is courteous, prompt, helpful. The price seems reasonable and we never have to have a return call. The repair is done right the first time. more
