of course I wish the prescription sunglasses in their showroom were cheaper [read: affordable] but unfortunately it seems like they don't cater to the budget clientele. Nevertheless, the service I received was impeccable and I trust their doctors very much. more

Excellence & Quality that's hard to find! 12/26/2011

I must tell you that I am a very Persnickety person AND I dont usually do this type of survey, but I am making an exception for Colleen Laik. She was wonderful! She gently asked me if I would like some help finding a frame in such a way that I actually accepted (which I usually don't). Then she actually found a frame that I had completely overlooked during my previous hour+ of searching. She was extremely patient, knowledgable & competent. When I brought my glasses back with a list of 5 minor issues that most people wouldnt even notice, she empathized with me and promptly fixed everything. She is an excellent ambassador for your company. Thank you Colleen!! more

Disappointing exam but staff is lovely 12/21/2011

I have been a patient for many years and have always been very satisfied with exams and the Level of care provided Yesterdays exam fell far below my expectations The Dr was so busy talking to her assistant that I felt Like a intruder. She seemed distracted and rushed I don't know why she had a phone earpiece on and I was wondering if she was Going to take a call during the exam My son Matthews experience with Dr Farnsworth was very different. I would not want to repeat my experience for my next exam and would probably Schedule my exam with Dr Farnsworth more

Always professional. Although this is not a convenient location, I have been a patient for over 15 years as I trust the doctors and staff to provide excellent service and I believe that they are highly skilled and have the knowledge to give me the best eye care. I recommend them highly and will continue to use them as my eye care provider. more

Happy office 12/8/2011

Everyone in the office was friendly, attentive and professional. The staff was excellent handling my 2 hour appointment. I had some vision issues so Dr. Rechell took extra care with my diagnosis. The staff was friendly with each other. A happy work enviroment shows content happy employees. Just nice to be in that setting, as well as working in a setting as such. more

Riviera Rocks! 11/19/2011

I can't say enough about my positive experience at Riviera. Adrienne was awesome; she found me the most perfect frames and was so patient with me. You guys have just gotten a client for life! BTW, it helps that Riviera is a VSP provider. I'm so glad I have that insurance. I got some stunning designer frames at a fraction of what they normally cost. Thank you, thank you, Riviera! more
