I was very satisfied with visit. I couldnt disagree with one of the previous reviewers more. The staff was extemely courteous and pleasant. I fell and broke two front teeth. Dr. RIvet did an excellent job of assessing the damage and explaining it to me as well as providing temporary care till I get home. We discussed what made sense to do at his office and what the cost would be. As expected, the office wants payment for the visit, but they do take credit cards.\r Dr. RIvet was very caring and professional. I couldnt ask for more! more

Thank God for internet technology....I can finally get off my chest the frustration I felt in going to this dental office!! First.. The rudest office staff I have ever encountered!!....but I proceeded because sometimes you have to put up with such things to get to a great doctor. Second...Some weird financial dealings >> Pay in full-- IN ADVANCE....and to get a SLIGHTLY less than totally outrageous price you have to pre-pay in full......I started to write a check to pay and the rude staff tells me ""No checks! Cash means Cash....So I have to walk down the street to my bank and draw out $2600.00 in CASH and walk back up and lay out all these hundred dollar bills like some backstreet deal!!......In the end the work that was done was completely worthless and had to be redone elsewhere!!!.....Be warned >> From the moment you encounter the rudeness at the front desk, it will all go downhill from there!!! Cons: Cons???.....You name it!!! more

I have been going to Dr Rivet for 15 yrs.He is not only an honest dentist who does not do unnecessary work but does a very good job.I have nothing but good things to say about him.I have sent alot of friends to his office and they have all been happy Pros: Honest Cons: all dental work costs $$ more
