I have been taking my kids here for years, and they have seen every one of the doctors or nurse practitoners, and all are wonderful people, and I have never had a problem with any body. I recommend them to you for any of your child's needs. The facility is beautiful, and the staff are very professional and sensitive to children's needs. Just A Number 6/4/2012

We did not have a good experience at Rivertown Pediatrics. The facilities are nice as are some of the staff, but we had issues with staff intercommunication as well as communication with us as parents. We mostly felt rushed with the doctor during our appointments and felt like our child's care was just another number. more

Great pediatrician office! 11/14/2005

This office is totally geared toward kids. There are separate sick and well entrances and separate playrooms as well. The office is decorated like a castle with bright primary colors and lots of books and toys for the kids to play with in the waiting room. The actual rooms have toys, books and chalkboards to keep the kids entertained while you wait to see the doctors, and we have never had a bad experience with anyone on the staff. Everyone is willing to listen to concerns and answer questions. They are also really good about getting sick kids in the same day. My only complaint is that sometimes the wait has been long. PROS: Clean, friendly, courteous CONS: Long waits more
