Worst dealership I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. After making a purchase of a brand new vehicle the "care'...lol immediately ceased. I made a purchase and had to wait for the car to get here. They were very good at accepting my down payment and not returning my calls. Some calls to this day have not been returned from more than 3 weeks ago. They made me feel like they were doing me a favor by letting me purchase a car from them. They also informed me that "the dealership" was going to eat the transportation charge for the car having to be shipped here from another state, which i think they shouldn't have even mentioned.....once again trying to make me feel privileged to be able to do business with them i assume. You would think after spending $42,000 at a dealership that they would bend over backwards and do anything in their power to help you...apparently not. I have purchased many cars in the past and have never been treated like this before by any place for any reason, especially when spending this large of a sum of money. "Building lasting relationships"? I think not riverton, you have done quite the opposite. I WILL NEVER recommend this dealership to anybody, unless you are looking to get screwed over, or only if you want attention when you're out looking on the lot and then never again. If you enjoy being treated like trash or less after the sale is made then look no further, riverton mitsubishi is the dealership for you. On the other hand if you would like a nice pleasurable car buying experience then run don't walk as fast as you can away from riverton.
