When I dropped my car off the night before after making an appointment I was treated very badly, and was refused service. He said they didn’t have time to get to my car on Friday. I told him I could leave my car through Saturday afternoon. I was told that the problem was his techs could only do Lube and oil changes and tire rotations on Saturdays. I said that would be fine then they could do the recall and repairs on Friday and the rest on Saturday. I was still refused. I asked for a manager, I was told he’s at home in bed asleep because he has to be here at 7 in the morning. I had to go into the dealer ship and demand to speak with a manger. They whet out to the service department and made them take my vehicle. I find this very unacceptable. This young man was out of line to do what he did to me. In the future if someone asks to speak with a manger then they should be allowed to do so. No one should ever be told that there manager is at home in bed asleep, I am appalled that he would even say such a thing. I still a week late cannot believe the poor level of customer service that was displayed by this young man. There who appeared to be 2 other techs out there as well and not 1 of them tried to help me in the situation. I am completing this survey in hopes that something will be done about this man you have working in your service department make me wonder how many other people this young man has treated in this fashion.
