I agree 100%! Pete comes off as a serious professional, but then doesn't man up! His subcontractors removed my roof and then left it off for 45 days. My home was flooded a dozen times creating a serious mold problem. When I finally hired and attorney and locked him out of my home, he delayed the project out for months as a result of my actions! I almost lost my home for hiring RCMC after a catastrophic fire. There were a dozen warranty based problems with his work that they have never fixed! Run away from this company! Pros: Was the nicest dressed contractor that showed up at my fire Cons: Lots of promises, no follow through! Sub standard work! more

Great Job done by Riverstone 6/21/2009

My wife and I were pleased with Pete's presentation from the beginning. Our job by it's nature was a fairly large and complex one. The entire Riverstone crew were very pleasant and accomodating to us throughout the entire process. Pete acted as our liason with the many sub contractors that were on our job. There were some hiccups here and there but Pete did tell us that in construction there are many unforseen events that may occur at any time. Neither one of us was overly surprised by anthing. I would highly reccomend RCMC to anyone. All in all I would write it was a job well done. Pros: Vice President is very professional and accomodating Cons: Some difficulty orchestrating all the sub contractors more

Don't risk your money or your home 5/13/2009

I could write an epic. What started out as a strong proposal from Pete Ciliberto morphed into a living nightmare. This renovation was a terrible, horrendous experience which threatened our sanity and kept us awake nights. We're still coping with the fallout and additional costs, not to mention residual damage to our home, as a result from Riverstone Construction's poor management and corner-cutting. Don't take the risk with your home or your money. Pros: Initially, the owner has a very friendly and relaxed manner Cons: The unfortunate truth emerges & the true colors come out more
