The low rating is due to your store policy. I bought shoes for my son (that he hasn't worn yet) I got them home and they did not fit properly. We returned to the store with my receipt to exchange them for a pair that was a better fit. The original pair was 160.00 and the replacement was 120.00. I assumed the difference would be refunded back to my original method of payment, but was informed that they do not have a return policy and they could put the diffence on a gift card. My thoughts were, I didn't pay with a gift card. Because of this they have not only lost my business but every person that I encounter I with let them know as well. Seems it was more important to satisfy their bottom line then to keep a customer happy. Mine you this was my second pair of shoes I purchased from them within 2 months, totaling close to 300.00! not customer focused
