We have been taking our two children there for about a yr right after they came to our town. You could not ask for a better place to get your child scene. Yes they don't accept walk-in's but that is only protecting our other one's that have appointments. They are better aware of what in going to be coming in. The staff is great. The Doctor's are very kind and very gentle. Dr. Kitchens and Dr. Hecht are both great doctor's, my children have seen both and they never go in there with a frown on there face, like some kids who you have to drag into the waiting room and drag them some more kicking and screaming when there name is called. I highly recommend Riverside Pediatrics if you are looking for a doctor for your child.....this is the place. \r
Pros: It's an overall great place to take your child.
Cons: Sometime's if something goes wrong with the staffing and things like that, I have had to wait a little longer then I would of liked. But that has only happend a couple of times.
