I purchased my Honda Accord 3/24/2011

I purchased my Honda Accord on 11-20-10. I was very happy with the service. Everyone I dealt with treated me with respect and kindness. Wendy Burich was the phone contact person who answered all my questions and was very helpful. Derrick Turner was the sales consultant who was very polite and courteous, took me on a test drive, answered all my questions without making me feel intimidated. Jimmy in financing was very competent and explained details clearly. The price that was given to me by USAA was honored. more

Well, I enjoy the fact that they have a nice little rest area 3/15/2011

Well, I enjoy the fact that they have a nice little rest area with free internet access so you can browse around the internet while your car is getting serviced. Also, they give you some snacks and a few drinks too but don't expect gourmet sandwiches or anything... The prices are pretty standard, and I like the fact that one time they washed my car for free. Riverside Honda had the BEST price quote 3/10/2011

I was asking around for price quotes on the internet, Riverside Honda had the BEST price quote out of 10 dealerships around Southern California. They didn't ask me to come in or the whole "we don't give a price over the internet/phone" line. The quote was quick and low. more

Riverside Honda has the best customer service around 3/7/2011

I've been to a few other Honda Dealerships in the surrounding area and have found that Riverside Honda has the best customer service around. The sales staff is great too!. They helped walk me through the buying experience and I found it very pleasent. Not the pull your teeth out experience I've had in the past. I love my new Accord!!! I'll be back later this year for my son's car. more

There service is excellent 2/28/2011

There service is excellent. An oil change is cheaper than the local EZ Lube, and they wash your car while you wait in their luxe waiting room with free donuts, coffee, expresso machine, sodas, plasma tv and internet. I actually look forward to getting my car service there. more

Riverside since he said they had great deals 2/16/2011

I was dreading the fact that I was coming in to get a new vehicle and was scared that I'd walk out feeling like I bought the car that I didn't like. I was totally wrong. I went to a couple of dealers in San Diego, and I've walked out on all of them because they couldn't get me a car that I truly wanted. I originally wanted an accord coupe in a dark gray color and all the dealers in San Diego tried to get me into any car... NONE OF WHICH WERE IN THE COLOR I WANTED! So, one day my boyfriend just told me to come to Riverside since he said they had great deals. So I went there and told them what I wanted, and lone and behold... they did a switch with another dealer and I got the color and vehicle that I wanted! So quick and painless! The salesman even programmed all of the stations before I drove off! (LA/Riverside stations of course!) Happy camper here! more

I had such a wonderful experience at Riverside Honda. I applied through the Internet and was contacted within 10 minutes of my inquiry. When I arrived I was greeted by their friendly and helpful staff. They showed me the car and I was in and out of their dealership within 21/2 hours. There was no pressure like at most dealerships. It was the best experience I've had with buying a car. more

Great service.Always on time and tell me stuff I need on my car without any pressure. While I wait they consistently ask me if there is anything they can get for me. I have had NO problems whatsoever with my Honda or service. I plan on buying a new Honda next year and plan on going to them again. I recieved a great deal on my 2006 honda. more
