PVI Industries of Fort Worth, Texas, has a side company called Riverside Hydronics. This company is a front company designed to offer customers boilers and water heaters for some residential applications, commercial, industrial, and institutional applications. About 10 years or so ago the Primera series of water heaters and boilers were released. These boilers were a series of copper fin tube boilers. The corporate staff, engineering, and other company officials knew these boilers copper fin tubing and other designs would not hold up because of many design and material problems. The copper fin tubing would deteriorate and result in leaks and so on. If you ever purchased one of these boilers, then your firm should contact PVI to demand that your boiler be replaced at product cost. My firm had a series of these boilers. Each boilers copper fin tubing failed. Those boilers were replaced after extensive legal action. I would not purchase any further boilers and so on from this company in the future. Paul Cecoli more

RIVERSIDE HYDRONICS IS OWNED BY PVI INDUSTRIES. MY COMPANY HAD A BUNCH OF PROBLEMS WITH THE PVI PLATINUM COMMERCIAL WATER HEATERS. THESE HEATERS WERE RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC ABOUT 10 YEARS AGO. THE HEATERS INTERIOR LINERS WERE FIRST OFF NOT SUFFICIENT TO RESIST THE NATURAL ELEMENTS IN WATER TO KEEP THE CARBON STEEL FROM RUSTING. THE SECOND PROBLEM WAS THE WATER SIDE COMPONENTS AND BURNER COMPONENTS WERE POORLY MANUFACTURED AND INSTALLED AT THE FACTORY. THESE HEATERS WERE SOLD TO COMPANIES LIKE PILOT GAS STATIONS AND MUNICIPALITIES THROUOUT THE USA. THE CUSTOMER WAS AGAIN REPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENT IF PROBLEMS OCCURED.
