Riverside Heating & Air Cond

Riverside Heating & Air Conditioning came out and cleaned our equipment. The person, a co-owner of the company and a family member, who came out to do the maintenance was very professional. As we were talking, we discovered that we had a great many common friends which contributed to our conversation. He did his work and did a fine job. When he was done, it looked like I had a brand new unit. I will definitely use them again for cleaning, maintenance and repair work in the future. I've also already recommended them to my son. more

It's questionable whether I would recommend Riverside Heating & Air Conditioning, the problem being that they've gone up on their fess and did not honor their contract fully last year. I'm supposed to have my heating and air checked twice a year, and they did not do that. I've had a contract with Riverside Heating & Air Conditioning about 4 years now, or something like that. I was happy with it the first year, then it just seemed to degrade from there. I will say that when I called them two weeks ago it was to renew my contract. One of the technicians came out and supposedly did his duties, did the rounds or whatever, and he was done very quickly. Then I had to recall them on the coolant because it was not cooling. It was not blowing cool air. They sent a night technician, Shawn, and he did an excellent job. I should not have had to call them back, but he did have to put in coolant, which means the first technician did not really check or take the time to put it in there. Linda Danesh more

I've been a loyal customer of Riverside Heating and Air Conditioning for over five years now. The people that work there are really excellent. They are always courteous and polite. The workers are all clean-cut, presentable and very punctual. They wear uniforms so they are identifiable, plus you are given a name and appointment, so you know who's coming to your door. Their workers are all well-trained and highly skilled so there's absolutely no guesswork in the work they're doing. After they're finished working, they clean up so well, you wouldn't even know that they'd been there if you hadn't made an appointment with them. This is a great company to do business with.
