Our new Aerobics studio is filled with high end features including new kettlebells, new dumbbells, new mats, TRX cables and a sophisticated low impact flooring systems and much more.</p> <p>Our classes we offer are unique and challenging. We have a long and consistent record of providing safe encouraging classes based on your fitness abilities. Our classes are fun and the energy level consistently keeps are members on their toes. Ask our members why they feel are instructors offer the best classes.</p> <p>The CardioSync Theater blends the perfect balance of technology surrounded by a beautiful scenic setting. Our 35 piece Cardio Theater comes complete with six, 42" LCD flat screen TVs and an additional rest room for your convenience. Riverside has over 22 Star Trac treadmills on two floors, including 5 brand new treadmills complete with 15" LCD flat screen TVs and with iPod Hook-Ups. We also offer over 15 state-of-the-art Elliptical machines including the area's first seated full body Elliptical by Octane. The Octane XR-6 offers a unique upper body workout that can be done independently or in conjunction with your lower body resistance.</p> <p>Elliptical by Octane. This class incorporates intervals of military-style cardio and plyometric exercises that are sure to increase your fitness level. In between cardio intervals,all major muscle groups are worked with the use of hand weights,body bars and/or tubing. Abdominal toning and a cool down stretch complete the class. <br />Butt and Gut - Target those trouble areas with this intense workout designed to tone and strengthen your lower body. This class incorporates the use of bands,tubes,balls,weights,the step and/or the bosu. <br />Final Cuts - Finish out your week with this full body muscle- conditioning class which incorporates intense resistance training using step,body bars,tubing,medicine balls,or stability balls. This class is designed to tone,cut and sculpt while focusing on muscle end of class for more taragated toning.</p>
