Prompt and Excellent service at a fair price- I agree, Mitch is the man. I received a few estimates from other companies but they kept saying it was going to cost over 200. I was starting to get worried until I called this company they came over a few hours later took a look at the door advised me to replace both springs but since I was on a tight budget they decided to help me out and get the lower grade springs for less than half the price. The tech lubricated and adjusted my door and replaced a cracked hinge on the panel at no additional cost. From now on I will call this company for any problems I have with my garage door. more

Extremely happy with my experience with Dewey and company. He came out to inspect my current door and talk to me about what I wanted. I indicated that I was looking for an insulated door, and he suggested a door with a high R rating. He later sent me an estimate for that door which was very competitive from the other quotes I had gotten, that combined with his straightforward manner made me decide to go with this garage door company The door had to be special ordered, so when they had an idea on when it was going to be delivered they called to schedule an installation date that fit my schedule. Dewey and his helper showed up when they said they would, and did quick work of removing the old door and hardware, and installing the new one. He then gave me the manual for the door and went over light maintenance I could do to keep the door working smoothly and quietly, before hauling the old door away. A simple install, but a very satisfying experience to find someone committed to customer satisfaction and doing it right the first time. Would recommend him to anyone else. more

Just when you think there aren't any good people left in the world Steven this garage door company comes into your life. He responded to my call and was at my house within a couple of hours. He had my door fixed and working better than it has in years. I was stressing out because I thought it was going to cost me hundreds of dollars which I didn't have at the time, but the cost was next to nothing. I'm in the construction business and I see people getting ripped off all the time. These business owners that are so horrible to their customers need to take a lesson from Steven and learn how a business should be run.
