Had a problem with the alarm going off in my Mountaineer so I took it to Riverside Ford. They replaced a door switch and the alarm computer. But no one told me that the keyless code was different!! After I locked the keys in it and my keyless code would not work, I went back on the service dept on Sat (advertised as open from 8-2). Only the QuickLane service was open but I went in and told them the problem, Service dude supplied several excuses why nothing could be done today (service techs not in, needed to hook up computer to vehicle, etc) but Dawn took 20 minutes to research and apply good customer service techniques to get me a door key so I could open teh door and get my set of keys out of the vehicle. Dawn is a great asset to this organization, service dude needs customer service skills. I can only rate a 3 out of 5 since service dude was not helpful.
