I am always impressed with the service at Riverside in Peotone. My PCP is very thorough, knowledgeable, and once did his own photocopying to help me get out of the office faster. I always see the staff and doctors at community events. Great place for medical care. I have referred many friends who also feel the same way. I've been a patient for several years. I love the staff and doctors. I never have a problem getting appointments. The doctors are very thorough, especially the pediatrician. They do a lot of community events in Peotone and its surrounding areas. I hate to see them get such a low score from one upset patient who obviously had a personal issue regarding medical records. I've never had a problem with the staff, especially the office manager. I had to laugh when I read the negative comment because the office manager has always been so sweet to my family. Overall, I love Riverside and plan to be their patient for a very long time. Pros: The staff is very accommodating & the doctors are great Cons: Does not take all insurances more

I have nothing but good to say about the doctors here all are great the office staff HOWEVER mainly the office manager is a first class PAIN IN THE YOU KNOW WHAT she has no people skills at all, she lives to make others suffer.
