Riverside Canoe Trips

Come join us for a family fun trip on the Platte River.  We are located just

outside of Honor, Michigan on scenic M-22 at the Platte River bridge. We are

located about half way between Frankfort and Empire.   Our Lower Platte

River trip ends at a beautiful sugar sand beach located in the southern end

of the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore.  We provide canoes, tubes,

kayaks, 2-person kayaks, rafts, and boat trips on the Lower Platte. We can

accommodate for groups of all sizes!  For the more adventurous canoeist or

kayaker, we offer the Upper Platte fast water trip - 50 % of our canoeists

tip over!  If you are looking for gifts, we have them!  Please stop by our

store for some shopping, an ice cream cone, and in the summer months try our

Char-grilled hamburgers or hot dogs.  We offer a large variety of items for

your most basic camping or grocery needs as well as snacks and beverages,

including beer and wine to take on your trip.  Our store offers interesting

finds for any age in our Souvenir shop.  We also sell fishing licenses, some

live bait, tackle, and gas and oil products.  We are family owned and

operated.
