It came time for me to take my cat Zoe in to be Spade, have a bad Toe Nail removed (she has 6 toes on one paw and 7 on the other), and to get her Shots. After being refered by a friend who swears by Riverside and the reviews I read on this site, I took her in. It is a small but well kept facility, the staff was Terrific (from their demenor to all explanations) and Dr. Lillian spent what seemed to be extra time answering all my questions. During the day I made several 'Checkup' calls to see how Zoe was doing and the staff was not annoyed at my several calls. When it came time to pick Zoe up, the staff took extra time to explain all followup 'at home' care and there were no 'Hidden' charges. After getting home and reviewing my paperwork further, I noticed that they didn't even charge me for the removal of the one bad toe nail. The only way that I will ever take my animals anywhere else is if the facility closes. I am VERY PLEASED !!! more

I have been taking my pets to riverside animal hospital for many years and am always impressed with the compassion and care given my pets. You can count on an honest answer to help with any decisions that may have to be made. No matter how busy they are they are always through , kind and efficient. more

We have taken all of our pets to Dr. Siegel since we lived by her in Castle Rock. They have been great. More expensive now that they have move to Kelso but everything is more expensive. I have had 5 Labs go through her care and they have lived an average of 16 years under her care. They even sent a condolence card because I was upset losing my last Lab...my Orlaf dog!!! more

$30 for a shot that I paid on a previous vist $15 they want to charge $250 plus for an OFA xray I paid $55 for else where. Good place to take a litter in for a check up but that is all my business will be with them now. more

My dealings with this clinic are numerous. I have taken birds, cats and dogs to this place and every time they have done an excellent job with my animals, showing patience, restraint and care fer my critters. I have checked out most of the vets in town and found this to be the least expensive. Considering the level of service provided versus other vets in town, this place is a steal. It is why they are always busy. They truly go out of their way for you and your pets. If you have a pet and he needs some assistance, try Riverside Vet Hospital. I have been going to this vet for 20 yrs.They are awsome, like family. Very conveinent, and open most saturdays. When I lost my Lab the Dr. cried with me. more

Dr. Siegel is awesome!!!! Her staff is very friendly and welcome new clients without a problem. You can see that this woman was made to be a vet. She is so kind and gentle with your pet and it is comforting to know that if you need to leave them there overnight. more
