When you first walk in it doesn't seem toooo awful bad. Then you look around and notice there is not even one woman in the place except for the bartender who has 20 very lonely me...

Worst experience ever... get drama here... 11/3/2011

where should I start? I went in on a Saturday afternoon. There was a tall skinny man with a ball cap on who was very obviously tossed and seemed to be on a mission with his blonde girlfriend to be in charge of the bar. They were regulars without a doubt. She controlled the music while he staggered around making sure everyone was in check. I ordered my drink, a Manhattan, which tasted like southern comfort and coke, what a drag. They charged me $6.50. I didn't even finish my drink because the blonde older lady started crying like a little girl looking for her boyfriend. What a waste of my life and time. Don't waste your time. more

Once was enough 8/18/2011

I went their with a friend last week for the karaoke. We heard it was pretty good. It was. The bad thing was it took a very long time to get a drink and it cost $4.50 for a well drink. The female bartender seemed to resent other women (us) as though they were stealing her spotlight. We spent about an hour there and during that time I was groped on my back side twice and slapped on the butt once. The karaoke was good but I will not return unless they get a doorman and keep out the lowlifes. more

BEST SPICY CHICKEN WINGS 8/11/2011

Ok this place is great! They always have a DJ Friday and Saturday nights. Obviously the best SPICY CHICKEN WINGS based on my headline :-). The kitchen is only open I believe only during lunchtime so check on that first before coming in. Everytime I go here the bartenders are always friendly. They also have pool tables I believe it's 3 tables they got. Try it out. I don't know about those other reviews maybe they're just haters because I have no idea what they're talking about and I usually come here like 3 times a month. Maybe those people got something against the bar? Previous employees? Just go there and try it out I guarantee you won't experience what those people are talking about. Either revenge on the bar or they're mistaken by the wrong bar who knows. Pictures soon to come :-) more

Stay away! 8/3/2011

bad odor, undesirable people, next door to 2 trailer parks and the clientele resemble that. It's a great place if you are into trashy people and stinky smelly places. I am not. Bartender tried to short change me. I had a heated debate with her only to find she was the owner. What a place. more

Bottom of the Barrel 7/23/2011

My husband and I used to go in this dive once in a while but we finally got sick of being short changed when we buy our drinks. We used to put up with the sickening smell of the restrooms and the unclassifiable clientele. More often than not there are homeless shopping carts parked all over and homeless people bicycles out back. As if all of this isn't bad enough they try and short change you on top of all this. more

Homeless loser bar 7/5/2011

This place smells like I can't explain. I spent about 15 minutes in there and that's all I could take. The prices are very expensive but the decor is loserville. Duct tape everywhere, the men's room sucks. I took my female friend for a drink and I was embarrassed. She hasn't spoke with me since. When I went to the bathroom she told me every bum in the bar tried to hit on her. What else can I say? more

Complete Dive 6/30/2011

It was 95 degrees out and they didn't have the a/c on. bartender said the a/c had to be ok'd by the owner and she was waiting for a return call. bathroom smells awful. every time I have been there was on a weekend and there is a woman that puts a lot of money in the juke box so no one else can use it and then plays the same songs over and over all day every time I have been there. left money on the bar for 20 seconds and it was gone. whole place has a ""homeless"" and ""loser"" like atmosphere. more

HELL HOLE IN WEST SAC 10/30/2009

The whole building in general needs to be updated. The owner is a complete a**hole! The bartenders are cool though.The drinks are good =) If you go to this bar, here's a tip: keep an eye on your personal belongings and your friend / lover. Just keepin' it real. When you first walk in it doesn't seem toooo awful bad. Then you look around and notice there is not even one woman in the place except for the bartender who has 20 very lonely men drooling about her at the bar. She uses this to her full advantage for her tip cup. The worst part was when I went into the restroom. It had such a stinch I got the dry heaves. There was no soap in the dispenser and the hand towels broke off in 2 inch pieces. When I got back to the bar my drink and money was missing. The bartender gave me a new drink but kept my cash, around $3.50 saying she didn't see it. Pros: leaving the place Cons: restroom more

Good Times and Good Peopla 2/25/2008

It's a great place, but I guess that depends on what pleases you. The food is quickly served yet good, and the staff are indeed like the other comment indicated (family-like). The music is always great and as mentioned before there are a lot of people you may know locally if you walk in unannounced. I read the thing about getting shorted on the drinks and I have to say that my wife and I have had drinks that were right on. I bet if one were to relax and talk to the bartender, they would get what they want. They are really attentive to the requests for specialized drinks. Further, I have never been served a drink that was short of the alcohol amount for a particular drink. Meet you there! My name is Brian! Where everybody knows your name. This is a great place to just hang out and if your from the area.....you almost certain to see someone you know!!! As for the previous comment.....if you come in with attitude and just want to get ""SLOSHED"" your service will probably be crappy! If you come in wanting to have a good time and hang out with family like staff and patrons...you'll have a good time!! Worst Drinks In West Sacramento 1/22/2007

This place SUCKED! I entered the building for the very first time and proceeded to the bar for a drink. The bartender stuffed as much ice as the glass could possible hold and then he packed it down and added yet more ice. I blew my top so the other bartender took a LITTLE of th ice out and poured my drink. A tiny bit of whiskey and 95 percent watered down coke. So, that was my first and last drink and visit there. Too bad, the band was very good and I'd go back if it were not for the ripoff drinks and also, the doorperson came up to me and asked for $3.00 cover charge. I didn't mind but it would have been less embarrasing if they would have had someone at the door so I didn't look like I tried to sneak in or something! They also had someone ask for the cover charge from two ladies that had already paid and had gotten their hands stamped - RAUNCHY! Also, the nachos were awful.
