I can agree that in the past the front desk was hit or miss. Now it seems the front desk is great. They are a younger bunch and seem very happy to help and listen. \r I love the doctor, he is kind, gentle and very knowledgeable. I drive 20 minutes to use this vet other than the local vet that is very expensive and not that cordial. more

I only joined citysearch so I could write a favorable review because the previous one did not reflect our experience at all...we had to take one of our cats to see why it was throwing up repeatedly. The diagnosis and treatment worked immediately and the problem was not a hairball as we had thought but an allergy. The doctor called the next day to see how she was and to give us the results of her tests, followed by a welcome card in a few days. The next week our older cat became very ill suddenly and had to be put down... the doctor and staff were compassionate and could not have been more caring, making it easier for us to deal with our loss. A sympathy card with the Rainbow Bridge printed on it followed in a couple of days, signed by every staff member with their own ""I'm sorry for your loss', etc. and we were really touched. I highly recommend this clinic and hope you'll give it a try! more

This Animal Hospital is close to home, and clean. The ladies at the front can be nice or can be really rude some days. The owner got rid of our favorite vet that did surgery on our dog. Most of the vets we like, seem to leave the animal hospital. Not very compassionate. My daughter asked for an interview, and they said no and gave the most idiotic excuse. I probaly will be changing to another animal hospital the next time i need to bring my dog and cat for a checkup. Pros: clean,close to home Cons: not compassionate,expensive more
