If, you want a dentist that has the most gentle hands and knows how to make you feel calm. Dr. Rivera is your guy. This is the dentist that all the doctors in West Hills go to. His office is old fashion I may say. I still think he thinks he's in the 80's but he so sweet and funny. His daughter is his manager, she's so nice and helpful. He's affordable and will not rip you off. That's one thing I know and I can say about him. I also know for fact many employee's that work in building he's in also see him. I even have many clients of mine that also see him. That means something to me.
