I have to say that I don't care if my insurance covers or not, I will not go anywhere else. The staff and Dr. Pooley are absolutly outstanding. They treat you with the utmost respect and kindness. They always have a smile on their face, and are willing to explain everything before doing anything. I Thank all of you for being so gentle, kind, considerate, and professional. River Valley Dental is the best dentist's office I have ever been to. The staff is so friendly and everyone does such a great job! I actually look forward to going there. Dr Pooley is always up on the latest treatments making my procedures as painless as possible. The work done on my teeth is first class and all of the staff is Awesome! :) more

Procedure for a bridge 12/20/2011

Great Care 12/9/2011

My 13 year old son just had a cavity taken care of at River Valley Dental. My son's response was, "It was fine. It didnt' hurt." Now that's positive feedback coming from a 13 year old! He also likes the fact that he can watch the Sports Channel at Dr. Pooley's. more

Excellent service during a holiday weekend. 11/30/2011

Dr. Pooley provided emergent dental services, not once, but twice on a holiday weekend as my regular dentist was out-of-town. Dr. Pooley was prompt in returning the emergency calls, and was very kind, professional, and competent for both procedures. He offered follow-up services, and let me know he was available if further need arose. I am very appreciative of the care received. Thank you, Dr. Pooley, for your excellent service. more

I highly recommend River Valley Dental 11/29/2011

RVD has repeated worked with me to schedule convenient appointments. Additionally, they were able to get me for an emergency root canal within only a few hours of my call. They are kind, courteous, and practical. Every visit has been positive. I have and will continue to recommend RVD to everyone I know. more

Best experience coming back to the dentist after years away 11/19/2011

I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time. Insurance and the fear kept me away. Not only was River Valley Dental easy to find, from the beginning their entire staff made me feel fantastic. My childhood memory of dentists was awful. They ridiculed me and told me they wouldn't do anything until I agreed to get braces again. River Vally took my fears and through them out the window! Thank you for treating me like a person, not just a patient! more
