This office has great vet, wonderful techs and everyone is friendly and know what they are doing. They treat everyone with courtesy and respect and seem to really care about the animals. more

the doctors and staff are so caring. they are there for you through the good times and the bad. they know your babies by name, and they also know you. i make multiple trips per week...and sometimes per day. i wouldnt go anywhere else more

This is the only place I have brought my cats to in the last 13 years. The Dr is kind and understanding and the staff is wonderful. They refer to your pets as your babies, not your pets. Also they prefer appts but in emergencies I have never been turned away. Very very happy here Pros: caring staff, reasonable prices Cons: none more

My dog, Snowball, loves it at River Road Animal Clinic so will yours! Your cats will to I know mine do! Just this past weekend me and my two girls went to Destin, FL for a little vacation and Snowball our dog couldn't have stayed at home by himself for he would have went to the bathroom everywhere and we thought he wouldnt be very safe all alone plus he would be lonley! So we took him for bording at River Road Animal Clinic just for the weekend! He got a bath, got groomed, and he got three treats a day! They take the dogs outside individually every hour or if needed before! They dont refer to the dogs as a number or just that dog they refer to them as babies so you know they are being treated very well! Snowball has been going to River Road Animal Clinic since he was born! We are pretty sure he likes the veterenarian there well he cant tell us but we think he likes her!
