I dropped my items off at the end of March 2007.You have to pay the whole amount at that time for the repair.By the time I went home and logged on to my bank account, they had already cashed my check within the hour! That should be your first clue something is wrong. After numerous phone calls,NOT bordering on kind of rude, but really, really nasty and rude,5 months later my items were finally ready to be picked up.I can not say what kind of work they do on anything but Lalique, but for almost $400.00 in repair fees,I would have been better off giving those pieces to charity and getting a tax deduction. The work was amaturish, poor, shoddy, terrible. They actually looked better before the repairs. They marred the glass in a larger area that the chips were to begin with.I AM HORRIBLY DISAPOINTED.The pieces look so bad I will not be able to display them.Shockingly bad work.
Pros: I will never pay 100% of a repair upfront again
Cons: Everything else.I feel ripped off and abused
