I am a fairly new patient of Dr. Reid. So far I think both he and his staff are OUTSTANDING! Dr. Reid did an excellent job at explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. Throughly explained the treatment plan. His assistant Judy then discussed the costs in detail. Office is very nice and clean. I would highly recommend. more

It's extremely funny to see what people write on these reviews. I am a pt at this office and I have never experienced any of what the first two horrible reviews have written.. First of all the staff that they have had for the 2 yrs I have attended this office has been top notch. They also call there PTs 2 days in advance to confirm not 2 wks like one of the reviews have said. I really think people need to be more educated on how their insurance works so they understand how a dental office works. Dental ins. Don't always cover what they say so don't be ignorant when you go and visit your dentist. Their staff was very educated and their hygienist is wonderful!!!' more

Good Dentist, Horrible Staff, His staff does not follow through on what they say. Unwilling to deal with there mistakes. They sent my account to collection 2mths after full payment was recieved, and even confronted with the cleared check, unwilling to correct, Melissa is unwilling to give me the office managers name, and has hung up on me because I have voiced my frustration. So now my credit suffers because of their unprofessional, incompetent, rude staff!!!! Wonder if Dr. Reid knows what kind of staff he is employing??? What ashame! more

Unfortunately the services are decent but the office staff and follow through are disgusting. Called to confirm details about my appointment 2 week in advance, then again the morning of the apt. They did not once call me back. They then told me they cant call any numbers other than local (what reputable business can only call local) and that it is not their responsibility to call patients back. REALLY....Even the Dentist himself was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional on the phone. The Secretary lied about leaving a voice mail confirming the details (They called to confirm the apt 10 days after i originally called) and continued to lie even when i played them the voice mail that they left. Not worth the hassle, find another dentist. more

Great dentist and staff. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Dr Reid really knows his stuff. We are very picky about health care and highly recommend this office. Great job guys! more

What a pleasant experience at a wonderful and CLEAN office! The whole staff and Dr. Reid are great. I was afraid to got to the dentist but not anymore! more
