HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - SAVE YOUR MONEY\r
I must say we were very disappointed in the dinner cruise last Friday (3/8/13) and WILL NOT recommend it at all – to follow are some pain points of this evening:\r
\r
Our reservations were very difficult to make – we finally reached someone, and made the reservations / The overall condition of the boat is not good – the restrooms didn’t even look clean. The carpets and curtains are terrible. / There was no prior menu selection provided, therefore we had no idea what to expect, but we certainly expected something better than the below par warmed over buffet food we received, especially for the price of the cruise – the dinner rolls were hard and not even heated up. / The staff was somewhat pleasant, but when serving the food they didn’t wear the appropriate protective clothing (hair nets, aprons – thank goodness they had on gloves) – it was awful. The dessert cake from Publix was the most awful, seriously this was disappointing. / The liquor selection was very poor. /\r
The DJ music was DATED AND LAME ! / During our time on the boat the staff begin moving tables around and rearranging our seats for a wedding the next day – seriously? We paid for this dinner cruise and the staff should have waited until we departed.\r

I can’t say one positive thing about our experience on the dinner cruise. We could not wait to get off your boat. Your website is misleading in the experience it describes. It’s really no wonder you had only a handful of passengers.\r
