Do not fall for the $39.99 special. They say it includes a cleaning, the doctor put down I needed a ""special cleaning"" that this does not include. They refused to do a regular cleaning. Then they also try to sell you this very expensive dental insurance. What a scam more

I was looking for a place to post something good about my last visit to the dentist. I read all of the things written here, and have to wonder if we're talking about the same place! I really like my dentist Dr. Andonian. He's new as are most of the staff. I think they cleaned house and got rid of the bad eggs. They DO care! Given them a fair chance. more

Going to the dentist can be stressful enough for most people and this place does little to put you at ease with their attitudes and business approach.They seem focused on extracting the maximum amount of $ from you as possible, even in your first appointment and cleaning. Also, they were twice as expensive as another dentist that we ended up switching to. Staff is trained to and focuses on making money versus providing customer service, borderline rude. Went once and asked my wife to find another dentist ASAP. Pros: Good location, large facility Cons: Expensive, unfriendly employees, opportunistic more

They make you enter in your very private medical information online. They call it ""paperless,"" I call it doing someone else's work for free. This place might as well be the self service line at Home Depot. If you refuse, they make you sit at a kiosk in their lobby and enter in all of your medical info into their computer. What a crock! Once in the inner sanctum, you'll be handled be assistants and techs that are still training. It's set up like a production line, stalls, not rooms...only problem is NO PATIENTS. Gee, wonder why?! Lots of people standing around doing nothing, while you do all their work. Also BEWARE DIGITAL XRAYS...You cannot take them to another dentist. They will also keep trying to up-sell you services that you don't need....BEWARE! If you're smart you'll learn from my mistake and go anywhere else. Cons: They make the patient do their data antry, and they have a bible in ther waiting room...How Wierd is all THAT?! more
