We have gone to the brunch at the Ritz twice on Easter. It is pretty expensive, but really the best brunch in the Bay Area. They have some good local seafood, lots of bread, really decadent desserts including handmade chocolates. They also have the Easter Bunny come by, an easter egg hunt for the kids (make sure you are right on time -- there are some greedy kids there, and they start on the minute), a kids' room with games and even a petting zoo! It's a nice decadent way to spend Easter.
