whenever we have guests personal or business we refer them to this hotel because we know they will not blotch up their visit to miami. its serene and professional in every way. they have every service you can dream up and they do it in a way to please you - every wish is fulfilled as much as possible and they have great views from almost every room. they also do not cut corners on the room amenities which is great because its the little things that make your stay magical. more

The Ritz-Carlton in Coconut Grove 12/5/2005

This hotel is marvelous. It is huge. It is beautiful and it is so fancy. The entrance is so elegant and nice. You feel like an instant millionaire and/or billionaire. The rooms are wonderful with the view of the city, bay and or pool area. The bed is really comfortable as well as the pillows they give. The bathrooms are in marble and even have a weigh scale. Can you imagine??? Stay at this one today. more
