I issued a copyright release to a family friend when I photographed her wedding. She took the disc of her wedding photos to Ritz to have prints made and when they came out looking terrible because of their image intelligence software, they told her to get a disc of images that were not retouched because it was my professional editing software that was to blame rather than their automated printing process. All they needed to do was reprint with the image intelligence software turned off. Instead they made her go through the hassle of contacting me so that I could tell her the correct course of action. Terrible customer service if you ask me.
