My vehicle broke down and my insurance company forwarded my information along to them. They were supposed to pick up my truck at 8am. They didn't pick it up until after 3pm! Now instead of getting my vehicle back that afternoon I had to wait another day and had no means to get to work that day. Guy on the phone totally incompetent. more
