I would give a zero if there was a option. The two women behind the counter do not know how to do their job. I had my son with me to pick up his antibiotic and the lady told me my insurance was not active. She then said but you can pay $58 in order to get it. I said look Lady I have enough money taken out of my paycheck that tells me it is active. She then said well I can call. I said that would be nice. The lady just rolled her eyes. As I was waiting a nice older man was there to pick up his Rx and the other lady said would you like to get a flue shot today? The man said no thanks I get it at my doctors office. She then said well I don't know why because it will be free here. He said thats ok I think I will keep getting it where I always get it. She still kept asking the man several times why don't you just get your shot here? I couldn't get over it! I could tell that the gentleman was getting very annoyed. Finally the lady come back to me and told me my insurance was not active. She said but I could pay$ 58 something to get medication for my son. I left went home and looked online and checked for myself and it shows my insurance is ACTIVE! I didn't want to go to Rite Aid Pharmacy in Princess Anne to begin with because they treated my mom bad a few months ago and I told her never go again. I went there because I just took my son to the immediate care and its Sunday so not all pharmacies are open. So I told the provider ok go ahead and send it there because I wanted to get medication for my son. If I knew I would had gone through all of this. I would have drove another hour! Lesson learned. I will not ever go back to this place!
