I did not have a good shopping experience at Ride Aid today. The cashier was on the phone, having a dispute (sounded like a family member). She looked at me, and raised her eyebrows, but continued the argument. I stood a few more minutes and asked if she were going to wait on me. She slammed the phone down without saying goodbye, looked at me and said "yes I'm going to wait on you." I had a coupon on my SmartPhone (reason for going in) for 30%. She looked at my phone and snapped "I can't use that - I need a bar code." I brought up the bar code, she scanned. When I got to the car, I looked at the receipt and realized I did not get 30% off non-sale items (there were only two), but I did not go back in to get the issue resolved. I was not up to another unpleasant encounter. Won't go back into this particular Rite Aid.
