I came to rite aid to pick up my medicine. the lady waited on me gave me a price. and I questioned her and told her that the price wasn't right could she check it. and she told me the price had gone up, I said ok. So I ask her could she check on another prescription for me she checked and said it had expired and she could call the doctors office to have another one sent. I said ok and left. they need to watch what they say about customers because you don't know who is in the store. one of the customers was in the store at the counter. he made sure he wanted to let me know they were talking about me and what was said because I drove up to the drive up to get my medicine and when I drove around he flaged me down to repeat what they said. and what was said was Ms Watts always have a problem. why because I questioned the price of my medicine. she also said if she had picked up her Belviq when we filled it the first time I wouldn't have to call for another prescription. If he didn't here her how would he had known about My Belviq. Is this the way you talk about your customers. I'm not please at all and plan on changing stores. the gentleman that told me gave me his name and phone number because he said he didn't like that at all.
