In my eighteen years as an medical assistant working in doctors offices, I have never met a more kinder and thorough doctor than that of Dr. Jackson. He is a pleasure both to me as his medical assistant, and his patients. I am a first hand witness to the fact that he spends time with his patients speaking with them and listening instinctively to their concerns. Dr. Jackson looks to every avenue and resource of his medical expertise to evaluate and treat his patients with the most thorough care he could possibly give them. I have had allergies since I was 5 years old. I have had allergy shots from age 5 to 15 and it helped, but never REALLY helped with the Fall and Spring seasons when I got hammered (in bed) for 7-10 days when everything starting blooming and when the leaves fell.\r I had deviated septum surgery to fix the narrow nasal passages in my nose October 2007 performed by Dr. Keith Jackson from the same practice Dr Chacko belongs to. I was referred to Dr Chacko after a BAD experience with my prior ENT/Allergist. I have found Dr Chacko and his entire office staff to be professional & compassionate. Dr. Jackson has been helping me for past few years with my daughters ears (put tubes in one of them and currently following the younger one...16 months...has some ear fluid but we're watching it now...if she does need tubes, i'll know I'll have Dr.Jackson do them). Also, he's been following me with stones in my tonsils...helps to get them out and told me ""when I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired, he'll take them out""...right now, I'm not there yet but I think he's a great doctor and appreciate his help more

Dr. Jackson is a great doctor. Very caring with children. Also very honest. I feel he has the old school style in trying to treat patients as he'd want to be treated. He did surgery on my daughter at 18 months for ear tubes and now my daughter is 3 years old and hardly any antibiotics (prior antibiotics for 2-3 months straight). Highly recommned this doctor more

We were very fortunate to have Dr. Jackson as our baby's ENT when he suffered from repeated ear infections this summer. Dr. Jackson has a wise, calm, kind and funny demeanor that comes with years of practicing medicine and truly put us at ease. Dr. Chacko is my Son's as well as my allergist. He has done a tremandous amount to help us understand and treat our allergies and improve our overall health. His bedside manner along with a genuine interest and care in making sure that his patients are treated with the utmost attention in obtaining positive results is just remarkable. To top it all off, where else do you find a doctor these days who is willling to provide a number and his email adress to his patients AND ACTUALLY RESPOND PERSONALLY when you need him?
