Risk Optometric Associates - Skibo Road

I have been to many Optometrists since I was very little, and going to Risk Optometric Associates(Wal-Mart) was an amazing experience... Most doctors just speed through the testing and don't give their patients enough time to decide what they are seeing. I plan on using your office for the rest of my time here in Fayetteville. Being that I was a first time visitor to see the Optometrist I didn't completely know what to expect. However, from my first face-to-face with the receptionist, the initial tests by the assistant, followed by the visit with the doctor I was impressed at how efficient and fast the team at Risk Optometric worked. The final phase of my visit included spending time picking frames and lenses with the staff "out front" and time I spent with them couldn't have been better spent. The ladies were very helpful taking the extra time to ensure that I chose the right frames that better suited my face, and the size of my head. Otherwise, I might have picked frames that made me look like a "Dexter" or a "Nerd". Very happy and pleased customer. more

I visited Dr Lovsin to hav e an exam done on my 4 year old son. He had a vision screen at his preschool and the screening indicated he may have been farsighted. We were so very corteously greeted by the vision center staff when we first arrived. They escorted us to Dr Lovsin's office personally. We were praomptly and politely greeted and checked in at the drs office. We had very little wait, and Dr Lovsin was so caring. He spent a good deal of time with us, and made us feel as if we were not just a number. He was very thorough, patient with my son, and very creative in his exam. I felt as though my son received the most premium care from start to finish. Dr Lovsin's office even called to make sure we had a follow up appointment with a pediatric opthamologist office. Needless to say, I was very impressed. more

The staff at the Skibo Rd. office was very courteous. Seemed eager to answer any question I asked. The female doctor that did my eye exam was very nice. Not only was the exam quick and painless, but my prescription was right on point. I think I have found my optometrist for the time I am residing in Fayetteville. =) more
