Nice but sometimes a little rushed 2/2/2012

I have been there a couple of times and I really have nothing bad to say. Lady at front desk is friendly and knows her stuff.Everybody else is friendly as well, sometimes it feels like they are trying to rush you but the office is very small and there is always people waiting.But usually they answer all the questions I ever had, especially the Doctor.Lady that helps when people getting contact lenses for the first time, needs to have a little bit more patience.It is not always the same lady I am referring to,but they need to make sure they give out the right strenght, it does not help getting fussed out and then finding out that the wrong contacts were given, no wonder one can not see. more

Awesome experience! 1/21/2012

I was seen on time and given courteous service from the minute that I walked in the door until the moment I left. The doctor was very imformative and personable. The entire staff was spot on with their customer service. I will definitely be returning for future visits. more

I enjoyed the experience with this facility. The staff was pleasant and I was seen in a timely manner. The Dr. took her time with me and I felt like me being there was important. I would strongly recommend people to go to this facility for eye care! more

my experience with this eyecare center was very good the people are pleasant and they really take their time with you, you're not rushed and the collection of frames is great and the price is right whether you have insurance or not. there were prices as low as $9.00 for frames. so give this group a try you will see alot better. more

The doctor and staff was not only very informative but very professional and polite. The wait was not long at all therefore we were able to get in and out within the appointed scheduled time. Overall we were very pleased and satisfied with the clinic. more

I had a very enjoyable experience at your office. I liked that they everyone actually cared that I was there. I enjoyed the doctor as she seemed very concerned as to why I was there and didn't mind listening to my rambling on about the accident that I was envolved in and seemed very compassoniate to say the least. This not to say by no means that she didn't do a through exam on me, because she did.I look forward to my next appointment.I don't like doctors of any medical field but this one is a keeper. Review of Risk Optometric 12/26/2011

I have been going to Risk Optometric for years now, both my daughters and myself. I like it so much that I continue to go, despite not having a particular insurance that they take. It is just a wonderful practice, and the staff is great. I am always met with a smile, and really enjoy the care we receive from both Dr. Hendrix and Dr. Chavis. Plus, it is convenient in location, being right in the Walmart that I frequent. All in all, I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for great eyecare. more

My first eye appt 12/24/2011

Everyone was very nice. The appt went good and went by fast. We were in and out in no time. And my son was not afraid at all because the staff were very polite. more
