Attention Folks....Health Matters and Dr. Hansel will go above and beyond to make sure your best interest always comes first. Many doctors today rush, rush, rush and barely listen even have a negative vibe. This is NOT what you will experience with Dr. Hansel. He's very optimistic, professional, honest, sincere, loving, caring educated and listens to your concerns and questions. He takes his time to make sure all of your health concerns are taken care of to the best of his ability. I've personally had Dr. Hansel as my chiropractor, doctor, medical spa treatments, removal of skin tags and moles, etc. He is hands down the BEST at what he does. My sister had a mole removed from a different doctor and the doctor left a scar on her face. I had my moles removed by Dr. Hansel and you would never be able to know I ever had one on my face. He did an amazing job. It's like your body is his art project and he makes sure you leave looking and feeling better than you did walking in. He is also a doctor that cares about your financial situation he's not about the money he's all about helping others. He would rather help heal people and earn less money than have a busy rush type doctors office and be raking in the doe. There's so many reasons you should see Doctor Hansel. The best reason is for your own health. He will NOT disappoint you. He delivers every time. If you're looking for a doctor that will hand over prescriptions and not listen to your concerns this is not the doctor for you. Doctor Hansel absolutely takes his time, listens and finds the best treatment plan for you. Don't forget that this is not only a professional doctors office it's a medical day spa. Had a facial, amazing, very relaxing and was very happy with all the extra that were included, while the products were on my face I enjoyed a wonderful leg and foot massage. Then to top it off I also got a relaxing arm, hand and neck massage. When I was done I felt totally rejuvenated. I can wait to go back again! I highly recommend their services. I went to Rinnovare for the first time as a naturopathic patient last November. I was instantly impressed and relaxed by the beautiful spa environment... hand painted murals, water features, candles, peaceful music... ahhh. Next, the friendly and professional staff went out of their way to greet me and make me feel welcome. I met with Dr. Hansel to discuss a medical situation. He was professional and full of useful information which he presented in an easy to understand manner. He is a genuinely nice person who actually takes time to listen and talk with a patient. Not a quality easily found in today's medical world. Since November I have returned to have a facial, botox and a cosmetic laser peel, and chiro. I have been a patient of Dr. H for some time now. I looked at the reviews written and just get a weird vibe that something strange is going on here. When a patient says they don't know if their doctor has a substance abuse problem or not, but if he did they wouldn't care, that raises some red flags to me. God/The Bible and business are 2 totally seperate things and should be kept apart. Everyone has a right to their opinion. Vgurl must've just had a bad experience, and that is EXACTLY what is supposed to be expressed here. Good or Bad! And as far as slinging mud goes, I'm pretty sure that was done in the review previous to mine. Sorry if things didn't work out with a previous Dr but maybe all the details aren't as ""public"" as they should be. more

I have been going to Dr H for many years. I have a seriously messed up back and neck. It is not anything anyone can fix, something I have to live with. But seeing the doc helps in so many ways. Massage therapy helps keep me moving. My husband goes here too. We both love Dr H. He is a very caring person. I feel like he is a friend as well as a doctor. A family member of mine has seen Dr. Hansel on numerous occasions. The staff has always been very friendly there and quite accommodating. My sister received the email that was sent out last week and showed me. To be totally honest, it just looks like a plea for help?there isn?t a single business giving away 1 hour massages for $30 and the fact that you?ll receive an EXTRA $5 off if you write a good review and bring it in to prove it????? What the hell is that all about? My sister used to get her Botox done there and I came with her for her 1st visit. Dr. Hansel seemed shaky?nervous almost. There was a period of time where she wasn?t able to get an appointment with him and the staff wasn?t forth coming with the reasons of why at that period in time Dr. Hansel was indisposed. From the moment I entered this clinic I was not only greated with a friendly welcome but I felt comfortable in the warm and relaxing enviornment. Staff greated me by name, were always familure with my treatment plan and/or the doctor I would be seeing. Very punctual and organized. What makes this clinic rate above and beyond compared to others is the warmth and genuine care for my well being that was always conveyed as the doctors top priority. The doctors always took the extra time to make sure my experience was the best possible and that my health was on track to a full recovery. We were excited when he opened Rinnovare because of the beauty and comfortable feel of the facility, as well as the expanded services it enabled him and his staff to provide. I have been to Chiropractors over the past 20 years. Sometimes I will throw my back out, or my hip will go out due to a bad hip condition, or I am being too aggressive at the gym and I will need to see a good Chiropractor. For me personally the quality of care and the quickness of getting me in when I really need to see a Doctor is very important to me. I have nothing but excellent care and attention at this clinic. I came into Rinnovare to get a laser skin treatment on my face for sun damage. I was greeted by the staff as soon as I walked in and everyone was very friendly. Shasta, the esthetician, was very sweet and did a great job explaining the procedure and making me feel comfortable. I had laser hair removal in the past so I was familiar with this type of procedure but she did a great job explaining to me thoroughly. I researched the type of laser they use and it is top of the line and very effective not only for removing sun spots but also producing collagen, so it will smooth out any fine lines and tighten my skin as well, which is a huge bonus! I would recommend Rinnovare wellness center for anyone in need of laser skin treatments or any type of skin procedure. I would have given it 5 stars only if they would have offered me champagne instead of coffee or tea...but overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be back!
