I might buy a car from them, but I sure woudn't get it serviced there.\r

Bottom line: Avoid Rinke if you can. If you can?t, get a second opinion on anything they recommend. Don?t trust Emanuel\r

First experience: My wife took the car in for an alignment, they sold her on some new tie-rods, tire rotation, but no alignment. The car was even shakier than before it went to Rinke, but it was too late and we embarked on an 800 mile Up North vacation. \r

Second Experience: My wife took the car in a second time and they said we needed (no surprise) an alignment.... also the set of shredded tires from the worsened alignment needed to be replaced. The kicker was after 2 hours of waiting, they came back (again with a car that wasn't aligned) with an offer to sell us a new set of tires. Emanuel told my wife that they can't align the car unless we have new tires. His other sales pitch was that it would be too dangerous to leave their dealership without their tires.
