Service the Way It's Supposed to Be 11/19/2015

In today's world service means: Get it done quickly and get it out the door and collect the money. This is not true at the Pendleton IN location of Riley & Sons Auto Care. These people are concerned about your car and YOU. They're honest and do great work. If it 's not fixed, they'll continue until the problem is solved. Jeff, the manager, is awesome. What I like best is he tells me what future repairs my car might have. That gives me time to save for them and have them looked at when the next check-up happens. This location is more like the old neighborhood garage. more

Incredible 10/31/2015

I dropped my truck off with a terrible miss in the engine. The technician got right on it and found the problem and got it repaired and back to me in the same day, all at a fair price. These guys are the best! more

The first thing that makes Riley and Sons great is they take care of my car. Just as important to me, though, is they treat me and my wife with respect. They never make us feel stupid for asking a question and they always explain exactly what they did and why. Jeff, the service manager, I think of more as a friend than an auto guy. more
