LOVE this office. Always a smile of their faces and willing to help. I have been going for the last year and a half and I am so pleased. I transferred from another local Ob gyn office that was just so busy and so impersonal so it has been very refreshing. I have met everyone there and have had a few visits and it has alwys been great. I saw the nurse once and she was just the nicest person and extremely helpful. A really good team. My two sisters went there first and one is pregnant and they praised her so highly that I had to go see for myself. Happy I did. more

I totally agree, Dr. Riley is really incredible. I would trust her with my life and have actually. I have been her patient for the last 5 years. Her staff, Mary Jean, Rachel and Kim are great!\r She did surgery on me last year and she was amazing. I couldn't believe how I bounced back so quickly. She delivered my baby 3 years ago and I couldn't have received better care. I was rescheduled once because she had to do an emergency c section on someone but they got me right back in. My son was born at 2pm and I know she had to leave her practice for me but she mentioned going back in to try to see a few patients. My Mom goes there as well as my sister in law and we couldn't be happier!! My Mom loves her Nurse, Amy and has seen her a couple of times recently. I would reccomend both of them to anyone and everyone. You couldn't ask for more friendly and knowledgeable group. Dr. Riley is the only doctor in the office and she has a nurse. I have been a patient of Dr. Riley's for the past 9 years. She has delivered my two children and she has seen me for a few issues and has always been wonderful. She has the best staff, friendly, warm and extremely knowledgeable. I have no idea where this person gets you have to wait 8 months to get in-that is absurd. A new patient might have to wait a few weeks if it isn't an emergency ( I have referred multiple friends and family over the years and they all love her!) but otherwise they get you in as soon as possible. She has an awesome Nurse practioner, Amy, who as great as can be. Yes, on two occasions (over the last 9 years!) they have had to reschedule me as a baby was being born at the time of my appointment but they got me in the same week. She is an OBGYN after all!! She does deliver babies and who knows when they will come so you have to be reasonable. more

I had a the same horrid experience as others have expressed.The front staff was so nasty and rude. After waiting to get an appt. for almost eight months my appt. was cancelled because the doctor had to go do a surgery and there was no one else that could see me- after the lecture and tongue lashing from the front staff about " be sure to get here early to fill out the paperwork" blah, blah, confirm your appt,blah blah\r Thank you for cancelling my appt. a few hours before the appt. on the same day.\r Thank you for sparing me from visiting your office in person- I was able to get another appt. the same day with another Doctor!\r -1 star more

I have attempted to see Dr. Riley two times. The phone people have been rude both times. The first time I was scheduled to see a nurse practitioner and I was told I would see the doctor. The second time I insisted I see the doctor and was told she was not available for two months. I am going elsewhere. more

I just had an appointment and found Dr. Riley to be very condescending and rude. She was upset with me for refusing to reschedule an appt (which I had made months previously) They frequently ask you to do that. She has never had a particularly warm bedside manner, but she has never been rude. She attributed it to having had a "long day" when I questioned her about it. She completely dismissed my medical concerns and made me feel very uncomfortable. Needless to say, I changed gynecologists immediately! more

I had an appointment with Dr. Riley last week. She made me feel very comfortable and took the time to answer my questions. It was only my second gynecological exam, so I don't have a lot to compare it to. I would defintely go back to her.
