I really trust Riechers Tire and Auto! I know that they will not tell me that something needs to be done if it doesn't really need to be done! When something does need to be done, I know it will be done the right way! I feel comfortable with their advice!! more

the personnel are great in repair what needs to be done, they check the car over has if it's their own, Hence keeping me safe 11/20/2013

Dave gave me a call telling about my tires not being very good. So we decided to get new ones on, and they did it the very dame day. Saving me another trip to the station. more

It is great to know when you walk in to Riechers that 3-4 employees recognize you and know your vehicles and will only do what you NEED and no more. Great customer service and friendly people. more

The absolute WORST customer service I had seen in years! Matt riecher was very rude! I will never use riechers again, and every time someone says the word "riechers", I will tell them my terrible experience! more

There's nowhere else in Franklin county to go when your car needs a new pair of tires. These guys are great and very honest. They stand behind their work and their products. more

These guys how to please a customer. They are very helpful and help point out problems you may have in the future. They have a good selection of tires. Also, I have never had a negative attitude or looked down upon for a dumb question. more
