before we had them ""fix"" our masonry fireplace, we were able to use it, as long as it wasn't windy. after they butchered our fireplace, now we can't use it at all! smoke fills our room after an hour of use! they didn't show up until 2 weeks after the service date on the contract and have yet to come back to check out what the problem is now after i had called them a couple of times and they always said ""we're coming tomorrow""...tomorrow never came! i had someone come out to inspect the fireplace and EVERYTHING they did was COMPLETELY WRONG!!!!!

Cons: late on doing the work, no contact from them when they didn't show, horrible work!!!
